Schedule Medication Drop Off For Your Student

If your student will need any medication kept in the health clinic this school year (i.e. Epipens, inhalers, insulin, etc),  please note that medication drop-off is by appointment only. Click here to sign up for a date/time.

Required medication forms can be found on the KMS website under Health Services > Medication Administration > Medication Forms. All forms must be completed and given to the school nurse at the time of medication drop-off. We cannot accept medication without all completed forms. Please do not have the prescriber fax their medication orders to school. The nurses will be back in the health clinic on Monday, August 26, 2024.
